What items are included with my stay?
-Bedding
-Towels
-Tea towels, dish cloths, oven gloves
-Cleaning supplies (inc washing up liquid, dishwasher pods, kitchen roll, sponges)
-Toilet roll, hand soap
Can I bring my pet?
We only accept one pet in Keel cottage, and kindly ask you let us know when you book if you will be bringing a pet.
Is smoking permitted?
We kindly ask no smoking within the property.
Is there parking?
Yes, both cottages offer off-road parking
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel by emailing us.
Bookings that are cancelled more than one month before your arrival date will be refunded in full. However, bookings cancelled less than a month before your arrival date may face an administration charge. Or we may be able to reschedule your dates, but this is not guaranteed.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Unfortunately, the infastructure of our cottages cannot support electric charging. However, the nearest charging point is in Buckden car park 1 mile away.
Do you offer mid week stays?
Unfortunately, due to the schedule of our cleaner, we can only offer Saturday-Saturday changeovers.
Can I book both cottages?
Yes, if both cottages are available, booking both cottages is ideal for larger families or a friend's holiday, as they can sleep up to 8 people combined.
We offer a discount if you book both cottages together.
Do you supply a cot/high chair?
Yes, on request
